Overview
On June 6, 2025, the Opioid Remediation Collaborative (ORC) participated in La Vida’s Family Expo at the sports complex in Los Lunas, NM. This free, family-centered event provided an opportunity for ORC to connect with hundreds of community members in a lively and welcoming environment. Attendees enjoyed games, food, and prize drawings, while learning about local resources available for prevention, treatment, and support around opioid use. ORC’s presence at the event helped raise awareness and reduce stigma by integrating education into an approachable community space.
