You’re Seen. You’re Supported. In Real Time.

Introducing Teen Seen — a free app from ORCNM designed to help teens feel supported, connected, and never alone as they navigate stress, recovery, and everyday life.

Teen Seen gives you a safe space to check in, connect with peers who get it, and access support whenever you need it — day or night.

Support That Fits Your Life

Checking in, staying connected, and feeling supported doesn’t have to be complicated. Teen Seen makes it easy to build healthy habits, talk things out, and feel understood — all in one place.

Age Eligibility & Safeguards

Connections Teen (“Teen Seen”) is designed exclusively for youth ages 13 through the day of their 18th birthday. User access is verified by date of birth at registration. Teen users are restricted to a youth-specific environment and do not have access to adult features or adult communities within the Connections platform.

Upon turning 18, users age out of the teen experience and may transition to the adult version of the app if eligible. These safeguards ensure age-appropriate engagement, privacy protection, and a developmentally appropriate recovery support experience for teens.
