Shauna Hartley, LCSW
Executive Director
Shauna Hartley, LCSW is a seasoned behavioral health expert with 25+ years of experience. She now consults with rural New Mexico counties on opioid settlement strategies through the Opioid Remediation Collaborative.
Patricia Pade, MD FASAM
Addiction Medicine Consultant
Dr. Pade is a board-certified physician in addiction and internal medicine with over four decades of experience. She has led addiction programs in hospitals, developed fellowships she is continuing her lifelong commitment to evidence-based care and education.
J. Randle Adair, DO, PhD
Addiction Medicine Consultant
Dr. J. Randle Adair, DO, PhD is a board-certified physician in Internal and Addiction Medicine with decades of clinical and leadership experience. He currently consults across New Mexico, guiding addiction treatment efforts and supporting provider wellness programs statewide.
Bryce Pittenger, LPCC
Recovery Team Consultant
Bryce Pittenger, LPCC is a seasoned clinical counselor and behavioral health consultant with over 25 years of experience in New Mexico. She’s held leadership roles at CYFD and HSD, including CEO of the Behavioral Health Collaborative, and now advises on system change and trauma-responsive care across state and local agencies.
Brenda Frink
Recovery Team Consultant
Brenda Frink, LPCC, LADAC, is a behavioral health professional with over 30 years of experience in direct care, clinical leadership, and public service in New Mexico. She’s led initiatives aligning treatment programs with state regulations and now consults on outpatient substance use care in Albuquerque.
Nichole Meo RN
Recovery Team Consultant
Nichole Meo, RN is a seasoned nurse with over 14 years of experience in medical withdrawal and behavioral health care. She has held leadership roles in home health and detox programs, and now supports substance use recovery through case management at Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Patti Brammer, MA, SHRM-CP
Project Manager
Patti Brammer is a certified professional with over 30 years of leadership, project management, healthcare, and education experience. She currently serves as the project manager for the Opioid Remediation Collaborative and co-facilitator of the Safety First comprehensive drug and intervention curriculum.
